Our Returns & Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why you have 15 days to return any unwanted items to us. Any returned items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging along with all tags.
If you return your items within the 15 day period, we’ll process a full refund minus postage back to your original payment method.
If you wish to Exchange the product buyer will pay return postage and we will post the new item free of charge.
Swimwear and Underwear can only be returned if faulty, or unworn and unused. The item must be returned in its original condition. Due to health and safety reasons, we no longer add hygiene tags to swimwear and underwear.
Returned items which are not in a new or unused condition will not be credited to your account or refunded. This does not affect your right to return faulty items.
An investigation charge of no less than £35 may be added to the balance owing on your Account for any improper returns activity. Improper returns activity includes any of the following: (i) a return or attempt to return substitute or non-faulty used items; (ii) any instances of using third-party identity details or unauthorised access to third-party accounts for personal gain; (iii) false returns without returning items; (iv) intentionally or accidentally damaging items and falsely claiming manufacturing faults; and/or (v) any other fraudulent or dishonest actions in relation to returns. Any improper returns activity will be a breach of the terms of this Agreement.
The 15 days will start from the day after the items were delivered to your home address. Or,
A £2.50 returns charge* will be applied for each return, regardless of the number of items you return.
